Event Recycling and Food Donation Initiative
Recycle Event Prints (REPS) started after more than 15 years in the events business. We saw that most events finished the same way: printed banners and roll-ups were thrown away, and about 10% of the prepared food was wasted. We decided to change this. Today, REPS collects and recycles event prints and gives surplus food to local communities. This way, every event becomes more sustainable and socially responsible.

Recycle Event Prints
A We collect used roll-ups, banners, and event signage after conferences and exhibitions. Instead of letting them go to waste, we recycle the materials or repurpose them into new products. This way, event prints get a second life and organizers reduce their environmental footprint.
Redistribute Surplus Food
We recover surplus food from events in partnership with caterers and venues. All food is handled safely and delivered to local charities and community groups. This ensures that good meals are not wasted but shared with people who need them most.
